A: Yes you can, but you have to inform us before your item is shipped.
*If you have already submitted the order, just contact us to change it. Our customer service will do it for you. Please note we can't do the exchange once we have shipped your order.
*If I have submitted many orders, can I still add items to it? How can I change my payment method?

A: Regarding a Large / Bulk Order, you can place the order directly from www.nextshe.co.uk according to the order process and follow the guidance of the order placing process. Our customer service will contact you if the order is large.

Q: What is Free Size?
A: Free size is a generous design, when an item is free size it means the only size is available, for different items, the measurements may be different, so please check the detailed descriptions on size for each item at the bottom of the webpage, and check the detailed measurements of the items you are interested in, you will find out whether it fits or not. All the sizes of the items are in centimeter, you can use unit converter to change them to inches, or you can provide your measurements for the items you are interested in so we may assist you.

A: If you want to change the information, you can log in to your Nextshe account from the Home page and change your email address by clicking on " Account".

Q: I Can't Sign In?
A: In case you cannot Sign In, Please follow the below instructions:
Please check your log in details and make sure your username is the same email address which is provided during registration. System maintenance might cause a problem, if so, please wait for 30 minutes and try again. If the above methods do not work, please contact our customer service at service@nextshe.co.uk, they will help you to how handle the issue.

TIP: If you're not sure whether the problem is caused by you or us, please try to log in with another computer, or use different browsers. When you register, you might have made a mistake which results in unsuccessful Sign in to your account and you can't make any orders. It's better to register a new account.

Q: Forgot Your Password?

Q: How long does it take to prepare an order?
A: It takes 2-3 working days (Holidays Not Included) to get the order prepared, because we need to prepare the product, check the quality, and get the product packed for shipment.

Q: How to change the order information?
A: According to Nextshe rules once the order has been made, the detailed information like (size, color and material etc.) of the order or item cannot be changed anymore. So you can simply cancel the order and re-order the items before shipping.

Q: I have credited balance from my previous order, how can I use it in my new order?
A: When placing the order, there will be an option to pay by balance.

Q: Does Nextshe.co.uk accept cash on delivery?
A: We are sorry to inform you that we do not take cash on delivery. We are not able to take the transaction in which goods are paid in full cash or checked immediately they get to the destination. We will try our best to provide as many payment choices as possible, such as PayPal, offline payment service of Western Union or bank transfer. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Q: Are there any additional fees involved in international shipping?
A: In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your country. And these additional charges need to be paid by buyers, we can't predict the amount, since Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country; so before placing an order, please find out as much as possible concerning your tax policies, so we can try to help to minimize or eliminate your cost.

Q: What if I am not at home when my package arrives?
A: The courier will deliver the parcel to the shipping address you offered to us. If you're not available at home when it arrives, the postman will leave a note at your place and take your parcel back to a nearby post office, it will be kept there for five days, and then they'll send you another note to remind you to come to pick it up. Then they'll keep your parcel at the post office for five more days. If you still didn't pick it up, then the package will be sent back to Nextshe.

•    Nextshe.co.uk is located in China, and we send the products from China, which means in some cases you need to pay import tax, or customs duties, so please inform us of your local tax policies, maybe we can help you to minimize or eliminate your cost. Please inform your customers about this in advance.
•    Generally, most of the couriers cannot deliver the package to P.O. Box or APO/FPO. So please offer a street address.
•    A valid phone number in your account is important. Because the local express company or Nextshe will contact you to confirm any problems regarding your parcel, Please provide your available phone number for couriers.
•    Trial orders are highly recommended before proceeding with large wholesale orders.
•    If you by mistake didn't place any size or color, may be the wrong size or color, you can cancel the order while it is in pending mode, however when the order is in processing period you can contact Nextshe customer service and ask for assistance, considering the time difference depending on your current location, to cancel your order according to Nextshe Terms and Conditions. But if the order has been shipped Nextshe cannot be of any assistance.
